Just Eat Takeaway will reduce its workforce by around 450 positions as part of a review of its cost base and operations, a company spokeasperson told Reuters on Thursday.

Dutch technology investor Prosus gained EU antitrust approval on Monday for its 4.1-billion-euro ($4.76 billion) bid for Just Eat Takeaway , after agreeing to sell down its stake in Delivery Hero.
