It also engages in the development of residential buildings, commercial offices, factories, hospitals, hotels, educational and research facilities, multifunctional complexes, township communities, and other buildings; and leasing and management of real estate properties. In addition, the company is involved in the construction, operation, and maintenance of water treatment, sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, water reclamation, and biomass energy projects; and mechanical biological treatment, thermal treatment, and flue gas treatment projects. Further, it engages in the pipeline network and user connection construction projects; underground pipeline construction projects; equipment operation and maintenance projects; development of sludge reduction and energy conservation equipment, and green energy technologies; provision of mechanical-electrical engineering services, such as electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and air-conditioning; and processing of sewage, industrial wastewater, and solid waste.
