BOSTON, Jan. 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aktis Oncology, Inc. (“Aktis”), a clinical-stage oncology company focused on expanding the breakthrough potential of targeted radiopharmaceuticals to large patient populations, including those not addressed by existing platform technologies, today announced the closing of its upsized initial public offering of 17,650,000 shares of its common stock, at an initial public offering price of $18.00 per share, occurred on January 12, 2026. In addition, the underwriters exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 2,647,500 shares of Aktis' common stock, at the initial public offering price of $18.00 per share. The sale of the 2,647,500 additional shares is expected to close on January 14, 2026, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The aggregate gross proceeds from the initial public offering, including the full exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $365.4 million.
